To improve and preserve the environment in Asian countries! We want to implement measures against the dumping of cutting oil waste and promote oil recycling.
We received an inquiry from Company M, a machinery manufacturer, stating, "We would like to improve the situation where waste oil is leaking from the chips after cutting processing in factories in Asian countries." The oil attached to the metal chips generated during the cutting process was leaking from the piled-up chips, raising concerns about soil contamination and odor issues. They approached us for a solution, and we proposed and delivered the M-type centrifugal separator for chip de-oiling. After the introduction of the centrifugal de-oiling machine, passing the chips through the M-type centrifugal separator allowed for the recovery of almost all the attached oil, eliminating any leakage from the chips, successfully resolving the issue. ▶ For more details, please follow the link.

I want to wash and dehydrate synthetic fibers.
We received an inquiry from Company S, which manufactures and sells fibers, stating that they wanted a centrifuge capable of washing and dewatering chemical fibers. We proposed our top discharge centrifuge. As a result of using our centrifuge, they were able to significantly reduce the dewatering time by skimming and recovering the liquid that was difficult to remove after the introduction of the centrifuge. ▶ For more details, please follow the link.

I want to increase the filtration speed of items that are prone to clogging.
"We want to increase the filtration speed for items that are prone to clogging." When Company I, a food manufacturing manufacturer, considered using a centrifuge for the filtration process in their commercial dashi production line, they consulted us, saying, "Among several types of dashi, there are some that clog the filter cloth during filtration, resulting in poor filtration efficiency, so we want to find a way to increase the processing speed." In response, we proposed and delivered a system that combines a skimming device, which is originally designed for machines with a solid wall basket, with a perforated wall basket. This allows for the simultaneous separation of the supernatant liquid by specific gravity while dewatering from the filter cloth, enabling skimming recovery. As a result of using our centrifuge, after its introduction, we were able to significantly reduce the dewatering time by skimming and recovering the liquid that was difficult to remove. ▶ For more details, please refer to the link.

I want to separate the powder and oil more! Solve it with centrifuge W!
A valve manufacturer, Company K, expressed their desire to increase the oil removal rate from cutting chips, stating, "Currently, we are using the Matsumoto Machinery oil remover M-1, but we want to increase the oil removal rate even more." In response, we proposed placing the M-0 under the M-1 for the centrifugal separator for cutting chip oil removal. After sending us the cutting chips for internal testing, they confirmed that the oil removal rate increased, and we proceeded with the delivery. After the introduction of the second centrifugal oil remover, it became possible to further increase the oil removal rate compared to before. ▶ For more details, please refer to the link.
