【POINT】Applying cleaning solution to the crystals with a scraping blade Traditionally, the process involved filtration with a centrifuge, re-dissolving in a dissolution tank, and then further filtration with another centrifuge, requiring multiple machines to process cosmetic ingredients: "Centrifuge + Dissolution Tank + Centrifuge" Therefore, we proposed a specification that allows processing with just one centrifuge. 【Proposed Centrifuge Flow】 1. Feed slurry into the centrifuge 2. Apply centrifugal force to separate liquid and solids based on specific gravity differences 3. Discharge the supernatant liquid through skimming 4. Add cleaning solution 5. Apply the cleaning solution to the cake using a scraping blade 6. Re-dissolve inside the centrifuge 7. Apply centrifugal force to separate liquid and solids based on specific gravity differences 8. Discharge the supernatant liquid through skimming 9. Recover the cake As a result, by re-dissolving inside the centrifuge, we were able to reduce the process from a total of three machines: "Centrifuge + Dissolution Tank + Centrifuge" to just one machine: "Only Centrifuge."
