To efficiently dehydrate small plastic parts, the rotation speed and movement can be controlled according to the product specifications. ◎ Excellent cleaning properties prevent contamination. (1) Casing opening and closing mechanism If there is no casing opening and closing mechanism, it is necessary to remove bolts and lift the casing for internal cleaning. (2) Basket flatness If the basket is not flat, it is necessary to remove the basket from the main shaft and lift it for cleaning the bottom of the basket. Thanks to the mechanisms in (1) and (2), what used to take a day for machine cleaning and verification can now be completed in about 2 hours, resulting in a time reduction of 91.6%. ◎ We propose the optimal operating method for removing moisture from small parts with complex shapes that tend to accumulate water in recesses, based on dehydration tests that determine the best rotation speed and direction. ◎ We propose the optimal specifications tailored to your application and usage conditions.
