For shortening the development period! Laboratory centrifuge LAC2000 [available for rent]
A lab centrifuge that can filter with just 2 liters of liquid! The filtration time is reduced to about 1/5, contributing to faster development!
Typically, a centrifuge requires at least 10 liters of liquid for filtration, even at its minimum size. However, this laboratory centrifuge "LAC2000" can filter with just 2 liters of liquid. As a result, the filtration time is reduced to about one-fifth, leading to a shorter development period. Additionally, while conventional centrifuges do not allow visibility of the separation process, this machine has a glass design, making it possible to see the progress of the separation. This visibility allows for monitoring how the separation is proceeding and understanding what went wrong in case of failure, enabling data collection. We have received numerous feedback from pharmaceutical companies and universities stating that the development time has been shortened. ◎ It allows testing of small sample sizes under various conditions in the early stages of development, contributing to a reduction in development time. *LAC Series Introduction Video* http://youtu.be/SyhDHPxfDYs *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us directly.*
basic information
■Separation of small samples! Separation tests can be conducted with small samples, significantly reducing the time required for testing. Additionally, tests under different conditions can be easily performed. ■Visibility of filtration process issues! The basket cover is made of transparent glass, allowing for visual inspection of the separation state. ■Easy disassembly and cleaning! Compared to conventional separators, the main body can be easily disassembled and assembled, making machine cleaning and crystal recovery straightforward. ■Easy scale-up! The basket has a thin disk shape, allowing for a thick layer of crystals to form, enabling the assessment of filtration resistance with small sample sizes. ■Installable anywhere! The compactly designed LAC-2000 uses a standard 100V power supply, making it suitable for various installation locations. ■Maximum centrifugal effect of 1500G! The powerful centrifugal effect can shorten processing time. (The basket rotation speed can be set as desired.) Additionally, pressure can be applied during high-speed rotation for liquid removal, promoting filtration. 【Optional specifications】 ■Capable of separating various samples! Five types of ring-shaped filter media [optional] (filter cloth, metal mesh, perforation-free wall, Fuji plate, electron beam) can be easily swapped.

To accurately convey the appeal of centrifuges, we will introduce the behind-the-scenes of the shoot.
The centrifugal separators from Matsumoto Machinery have a beautifully finished appearance. In fact, it is very difficult to convey their charm through photographs. Because the surface shines like a mirror, ordinary photography captures reflections of people and scenery. Therefore, we lay white paper in the factory, adjust the lighting, and even perform a final polishing before taking the photos. A single photograph requires a significant amount of effort and time. "Conveying the quality of our products accurately" is also an important mission for us. We hope that even from a single photo, you can feel a sense of security and trust!
