• Automated Embedded Type Seal Bar / Control Box (SB&CB Series)(1)

  - Only the sealer and control box are provided. - The sealing unit can be integrated into your automatic machine system in a flexible manner. - Please let us know your desired seal length, sealing conditions, temperature conditions, and any other specifications. If you are unsure, we can conduct sealing tests with sample products at our company.

• Vacuum Sealer for Clean Rooms(2)

  - It is motor-driven, so air piping and ducts from the compressor are not necessary. - The main body is made of stainless steel, ensuring cleanliness and durability. There is no need to worry about paint peeling. - The sliding parts of the main body incorporate resin products to prevent dust generation caused by metal-to-metal contact. - A diaphragm-type vacuum pump is used, and a micro mist separator is incorporated on the exhaust side to purify and release air into the room. (Duct integration is also possible upon request.) - The tabletop model has a separate pump box, allowing for piping to be extended and placed in a different room. *Specifications may vary depending on cleanliness levels, so please consult us first.

• Gas replacement packaging machine(6)

  When replacing the gas inside the bag, the gas filling method (replacement or circulation) and the nozzle shape (single nozzle or double nozzle, or long nozzle, slim nozzle) will vary depending on the shape of the workpiece and the target residual oxygen concentration inside the bag.
