This is a vacuum packaging sealer for 12-inch (300 mm) wafer cases, with a sealing length of 600 mm. We offer two models: a compact "desktop type" that can be placed on workbenches for vacuum packaging, and a "vertical stand type" that allows for easy visibility of the bag opening during sealing. It can be used in clean rooms and does not require air piping or exhaust duct piping; it can be used as long as there is a power supply. It comes with convenient features such as the default setting for packaging seals in two rows. 【Features】 ■ Standard safety mechanism for when the sealing bar closes. * For additional safety mechanisms, please consult us separately. ■ The nozzle stroke for the desktop type is up to 150 mm (optional up to 250 mm), and for the vertical stand type, it is up to 250 mm (optional up to 300 mm), allowing for smooth vacuuming. ■ The central two parts of gusset bags can also be sealed with the same pressure (optional). ■ Once the set pressure is reached, "OK" can be displayed on the touch panel (optional). * For more details, please refer to the documentation.
