Matex planetary gearbox(1)
The Matex planetary gearbox is a flagship product of Matex. Around 1972, when Japan entered a period of rapid economic growth, we recognized the emerging demand for gear reducers and began research and development in-house. After overcoming many challenges, we completed the mechanism of the current Matex planetary gearbox.

Easy Clamp for Mold Attachment(0)
The "Easy Clamp" is widely used both domestically and internationally as a fixture for mold attachment. At Matex, since we perform injection molding, the exchange of molds has been a very important issue. This is because the time taken for attaching and detaching molds directly affects production volume. This time is directly linked to product costs, making it an urgent issue that needed to be resolved. By incorporating requests from the field and through trial and error, various improvements were made, resulting in the creation of the "Easy Clamp." The first user of the "Easy Clamp" is Matex.

Plastic injection molding(0)
In the precision injection molding department, we respond to customer needs with a comprehensive order process from design, mold, and mass production of various plastic precision injection molded products, as well as assembly. We have obtained ISO 9001 certification at our manufacturing bases in Japan, China, and the Philippines.

Precision mold manufacturing(0)
We support Matex's technical capabilities, which excel in the design development and manufacturing of mass-produced products. Currently, we are also pursuing advancements in technology for ultra-small gears as "industrial products."
