Film polishing device "SP-100 type"

Introduction of a film super finishing device with backup roller diameter and width of φ58×100mm!

The "SP-100 model" is a film super-finishing device that achieves the desired surface roughness through standard operations. It uses a method of polishing while winding a roll film coated with abrasive particles. It allows for consistently stable surface finishing without affecting the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece. By simply selecting the appropriate film according to the required surface roughness, it can accommodate roughness down to Ra 0.02 microns. The body is lightweight and compact, making it easy to attach to your existing equipment. 【Features】 - Consistently stable surface finishing achieved with easy operation that requires no expertise - Flexible response to the desired surface roughness - Easy to mount on your existing equipment - Does not affect the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece, eliminating concerns about uneven polishing and scratches - Maintains a clean working environment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information

【Other Features】 - The roll film has excellent strength and allows for automatic feeding. - Compatible with integration into automated lines. - Due to low polishing pressure and minimal heat generation, it is less likely to create a modified layer on the surface of the workpiece. - The film feed, oscillation speed, and tension can be adjusted continuously, allowing for the selection of polishing conditions suitable for the workpiece without causing unevenness or scratches. - The film carries away polishing dust, preventing dust dispersion. - As it uses a water-soluble coolant, there are no concerns about dirt or flammability. - The oscillation mechanism of the film allows for cross-hatch polishing, achieving a uniform surface finish without directional bias. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company was founded in 1951 in Kobana, Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture, with the aim of precision machining of small parts using Swiss-made small precision automatic lathes as the core. Currently, we operate with a four-factory system in Osaka and Hyogo Prefectures. At the time of our founding, we specialized in parts machining, but since the machining equipment necessary for parts processing was predominantly foreign-made and very expensive, we decided to develop our own cam-type automatic lathe, which led to the birth of our precision division. We also manufacture cutting tools in-house, creating unique strengths that extend beyond parts machining to include tool design and the use of our own dedicated machines. We have two divisions: the machine tool division and the parts division. In the "Parts Division," we perform high-precision and complex precision machining using our unique machining and management technologies, ensuring that we can meet a wide range of customer requests from prototyping to mass production under a highly reliable quality assurance system. In the "Machine Tool Division," we design machine tools and utilize a super finishing machine called the "Super Finisher" using a film method, widely accommodating ultra-fine machining of parts that require high performance and high efficiency, from standard machines to dedicated machines.
