We would like to introduce our super finisher, the 'DOUBLE CROSS HEAD'. By incorporating a three-dimensional film feeding mechanism and head configuration into the conventional film-based super finishing process, we have adopted our unique film guide method that enables external diameter polishing of recessed areas on the inner surface of cylindrical workpieces, which was difficult with traditional film-based super finishing.
