The "SFF Series" is a multi-head type cylindrical super finishing machine with a transport device. For example, it can simultaneously polish different areas of three workpieces using three polishing units, achieving high-efficiency polishing that shortens cycle time. It is also capable of varying the finishing degree for different areas of each workpiece. Our company was founded in 1951 in Kobana, Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture, with the aim of precision machining of small parts using Swiss-made small precision automatic lathes as the core. Currently, we operate with a four-factory system in Osaka and Hyogo Prefectures. At the time of our founding, we specialized in parts machining, but since the machining equipment necessary for parts processing was predominantly foreign-made and very expensive, we decided to develop our own cam-type automatic lathe, which led to the birth of our precision division. In the "Machine Tool Division," we design machine tools and utilize a super finishing machine called the "Super Finisher" using a film method, widely accommodating ultra-fine machining of parts that require high performance and high efficiency, from standard machines to dedicated machines.
