Rubber roll polishing with a film polishing machine [OA parts]

"Film polishing" can achieve an excellent surface finish in a short time while minimizing polishing unevenness and the occurrence of scratches. We received a request from an OA parts manufacturer aimed at improving surface roughness through rubber roll polishing. Before processing, the Ra value was 1.43μm, with a required value of less than Ra 0.6μm.
