Air leak tester
Coining processing and leak measurement can be done with one machine! It is ideal for mass production with unmanned operation.
We would like to introduce our "Air Leak Tester." ■ Processing and Measurement Conditions Coining and Measurement Ball: φ13.49 (JIS B1501 Grade 60) Coining Pressure: 1.0 to 2.5 kN Pressing Pressure during Leak Measurement: 10 N ■ Air Leak Rate: 3 ml/min or less (-60 kPa) We also design and manufacture many other measuring devices and specialized machines. We will create equipment that responds to your needs. Please contact Matsuda Seiki, celebrating 70 years in business! *For more details, please inquire.

Our company was founded in 1951 in Kobana, Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture, with the aim of precision machining of small parts using Swiss-made small precision automatic lathes as the core. Currently, we operate with a four-factory system in Osaka and Hyogo Prefectures. At the time of our founding, we specialized in parts machining, but since the machining equipment necessary for parts processing was predominantly foreign-made and very expensive, we decided to develop our own cam-type automatic lathe, which led to the birth of our precision division. We also manufacture cutting tools in-house, creating unique strengths that extend beyond parts machining to include tool design and the use of our own dedicated machines. We have two divisions: the machine tool division and the parts division. In the "Parts Division," we perform high-precision and complex precision machining using our unique machining and management technologies, ensuring that we can meet a wide range of customer requests from prototyping to mass production under a highly reliable quality assurance system. In the "Machine Tool Division," we design machine tools and utilize a super finishing machine called the "Super Finisher" using a film method, widely accommodating ultra-fine machining of parts that require high performance and high efficiency, from standard machines to dedicated machines.
