For waterproofing the substrate and cost reduction! Introducing case studies of hot melt molding applications for automotive use. ■■Matsumoto Processing■■
By using low-pressure injection molding for adhesives, complete waterproofing is achieved. - One-component instant curing (a cycle takes several dozen seconds). Cost reduction is realized as an alternative to two-component potting. - Since it is mold forming, shape optimization can be done according to the parts. Miniaturization and weight reduction are achieved. Hot melt molding is widely used in automotive parts. We will introduce these examples. Please check the attached download.

For waterproofing the substrate and cost reduction! Hot melt molding case study Vol. 11 Water-related electrical equipment ■■ Matsumoto Processing ■■
By low-pressure injection molding of adhesives, complete waterproofing is achieved. - One-component instant curing (a cycle takes several tens of seconds). Cost reduction is realized as an alternative to potting. - Since it is molded in a mold, shape optimization can be achieved according to the parts. Miniaturization and weight reduction are realized. In water-related equipment (refrigerators, washing machines, showers, water purifiers, disposers, etc.), hot melt molding is adopted for waterproofing purposes. We will introduce examples of applications for these purposes. Please consider this when looking into waterproofing.

[Storage Pad] This is a case study of adoption within our company.☆
Hello! This is Matsuura from Matsumoto Processing♪ Thanks to your support, our storage pads have been well received! In fact, we have also implemented them within our company! Among those, I would like to introduce the storage pad for taper gauges used in inspection tools♪ Taper gauges have a conical shape, and if placed directly on a surface, they can roll away, which is very dangerous (sweat). Not only is it dangerous, but if they roll away and cause the inspection tool to fall... that would be absolutely unacceptable (sweat). Realizing this situation, I quickly designed and manufactured a solution to implement a "Kaizen" improvement♪ The benefits include being able to store them stably. Another improvement is that we used to store them in a recessed area to prevent rolling, making them difficult to retrieve and negatively affecting work efficiency. However, thanks to the storage pad, we can now store them in an easily accessible location, which has improved work efficiency! Of course, I submitted a proposal for this improvement as well \(//∇//)\ Let's keep making improvements using the storage pads!♪

[Storage Pad] It is also loved by airline companies!
Hello! This is Matsuura from Matsumoto Processing♪ We have a storage pad that is convenient for organizing various tools. Thanks to everyone, it has been well received (^^) Today, I would like to introduce a product that we delivered to the maintenance department of an airline. The aircraft maintenance environment is very strict, as even a small mistake can lead to a major accident. For example, if a screwdriver is accidentally left inside an engine after maintenance... Returning used items to their original place is a given, but if the contents of the toolbox are disorganized, it becomes impossible to even know what was originally there. So! Let's create an environment that encourages returning tools to their original places using the storage pad! By combining a hard foam base with cut-out shapes for the tools and a bottom plate, the storage locations for the tools become clear, and if tools are not returned, it will be immediately noticeable after the work is completed♪ The new fiscal year is just around the corner! How about starting fresh and organizing your tools with the storage pad? (^^)

【Storage Pad】Let's give a place to the tools that are running wild in the drawer♪
At first, the tools in the neatly organized and clean drawer are all in their proper places. But after using them for a while, have you ever experienced them becoming a complete mess without you even noticing? This happens because the tools don't have designated places! If the tools don't have designated spots, there's no point in doing 2S every time they become a mess (sweat). By using our [Storage Pad], you can firmly establish a place for your tools, keeping the inside of the drawer in a consistently clean state! For those seriously considering 2S, please give it a try!
