First, the following TRB1x series products will be manufactured with a new firmware version, requiring version TRB1_R_00.07.05 or later. Downgrading to previous versions will no longer be supported. Please note that this change will be implemented gradually over a four-month transition period starting in November 2023. During this period, shipments of TRB1x series devices may include a mix of the previous versions mentioned above and the new version. The affected products are as follows: TRB140 | TRB141 | TRB142 | TRB143 | TRB145 Next, starting in December 2023, the packaging for the following products will be replaced from plastic bubble wrap to cardboard honeycomb cushioning. Starting from the fourth quarter of 2023, the packaging for the TSW100 switch will use honeycomb-structured cardboard cushioning instead of polyurethane foam cushioning. This new cushioning is designed to reduce the environmental footprint of our products, improve structural stability, and enhance shock resistance. This change will affect the product order codes: TSW100 000040 | TSW100 000050 Please note that this change will be implemented gradually over a four-month transition period starting in the fourth quarter of 2023. During this period, shipments of the TSW100 switch may contain a mix of the traditional cushioning and the new cushioning mentioned above.

Starting from the fourth quarter of 2023, the packaging for the RUT9** series products will be updated with the following changes.
