Dear Customers, We would like to inform you about changes to the product packaging of the TSW100 switch. Please refer to the related links on the Wiki PCN page. Starting from the fourth quarter of 2023, the packaging for the TSW100 switch will use honeycomb-structured cardboard cushioning instead of polyurethane foam cushioning. This new cushioning is designed to reduce the environmental footprint of our products, improve structural stability, and enhance shock resistance. This change will affect the product order codes: TSW100 000040 | TSW100 000050 Please note that this change will be implemented gradually over a four-month transition period starting in the fourth quarter of 2023. During this period, shipments of the TSW100 switch may contain a mix of the traditional cushioning and the new cushioning mentioned above.
