■Heat Shield Piston Reduces the bearings at the small end of the connecting rod, which are susceptible to the effects of compression heat. Additionally, the aluminum piston with a hollow structure is coated with a super engineering plastic. The coating blocks compression heat, and the hollow structure efficiently cools the entire piston, reducing the temperature of the large end bearing. This maintains product reliability even in high-temperature environments. ■High-Temperature Compatibility Tank mount type: Compatible with ambient temperatures up to 50°C Package type: Compatible with ambient temperatures up to 45°C ■Extension of Compressor Body Warranty to 2 Years This applies if the product is delivered in a normal state according to the precautions in the instruction manual, within 2 years of delivery, and within 6,000 operating hours. ■Reduction in Number of Consumable Parts Reduces consumable parts such as rider rings, pistons, and small end bearings. ■Increase in Discharge Air Volume by Up to 3% By adopting a cylinder offset structure and improving the sealing performance of the piston rings in combination with enhancements to the feather valve, the discharge air volume is increased by up to 3% compared to conventional models (excluding 2.2kW units).
