Outdoor Installation Screw Compressor: ODS-ED Series
It can be installed in various places such as corridors, stairs, and rooftops.
Demonstrating the compressor's original performance - Avoiding overheating in summer - Selecting the optimal installation environment - Preventing reduction in air volume due to temperature rise - Not sucking in dust and oil mist from machine tools in the factory Significant reduction in installation costs - No ducts or ventilation fans needed when installed outdoors - No structural components like compressor rooms required - Easy relocation due to air cooling with a dryer - Easy expansion as it can be installed outdoors Easy maintenance - Easy cleaning of the oil cooler and aftercooler - Quick oil changes possible - Easy daily maintenance with removable large doors - Full open top cover adopted (3.7~15 kW) - Reduced issues caused by foreign substances entering the factory Improvement of the factory environment - Exhaust heat is directly released to the outside air - No impact on the factory's air conditioning from heat - Compressor noise does not echo within the factory - Cooler outside air serves as the air source, increasing compression efficiency Abundant options - Suitable for use in cold regions - Supports pressure changes and different voltages - Remote operation from indoors
basic information
1. Low Noise By adopting a low-noise enclosure that reconsiders the structure of the intake and exhaust ducts, we have achieved low noise levels. 2. Oil Fence Function (15~75kW) In the unlikely event that oil leaks onto the frame, the oil fence prevents the outflow of oil to the outside. 3. Outdoor-Only Hood Adoption A dedicated hood that minimizes the intrusion of rainwater into the machine has been adopted. The top cover and door seals use automotive-style insertion seals. Additionally, a levee structure blocks rainwater. Bolts made of rust-resistant stainless steel are used. The intake for cooling air features a louver structure that makes it difficult for rainwater to enter. The compressor's intake and exhaust ports utilize a labyrinth structure, while the dryer side exhaust port employs a V-shaped louver structure (OSD15~75), creating a pathway for any intruding rainwater to flow outside. Furthermore, the labyrinth and V-shaped louver structures also contribute to noise reduction.
