Simultaneous measurement of acid value, hydroxyl value, and moisture content in polyols, which are the raw materials for polyurethane, using near-infrared analysis.

Near Infrared Analyzer Technical Data 11 Petrochemical Resin Polyurethane Resin By using a near-infrared analyzer (NIR), analysis can be performed in its original form without sample pretreatment. Due to its multi-component capability, NIR can simultaneously measure multiple quality parameters in a very short time. As a result, it significantly reduces the time compared to conventional analysis methods. Furthermore, this analytical method allows for analysis without the use of solvents or reagents, which can greatly reduce the operating costs of QC labs.
