This is a composite pH electrode equipped with a double junction system for pH measurement in non-aqueous solvents (for example, pH in ethanol, etc.).
basic information
The electrode is equipped with a fixed ground joint diaphragm that is resistant to dirt, and the salt bridge can be freely chosen (aqueous or non-aqueous). When using c(KCl) = 3 mol/L as the salt bridge, storage in the storage solution is recommended. For other salt bridges, storage in the respective electrolyte used is recommended. At the time of shipment, both chambers for the reference internal liquid ("INNER FILLING") and the salt bridge ("OUTER FILLING") are filled with c(KCl) = 3 mol/L.
