In advancing data-driven improvements, the ability to discern the "essential differences" and "random variations" behind the data is essential. The theme of the second session is the "Analyze phase." We will explain the methods and thinking for analyzing data, identifying the true factors (X), and mapping the path to improvement using Minitab. We will replace real-world challenges with statistical challenges and introduce hypothesis testing utilizing AI assistance as "practical statistics."
