This time, Mirac Optical has completed the appearance inspection robot "AI Robot" equipped with the automatic inspection system "AI Hayabusa," which features artificial intelligence and image processing for curved and mirror surfaces. The multi-joint robot positions the camera head according to the workpiece. The optical system captures fine defects, and AI Hayabusa performs defect extraction and image analysis.
