XY14 Height Adjustment Inspection Jig
A multifunctional feed screw stage used for improving the height inspection jig.
We are inspecting the height of products processed by pressing using a laser sensor. Each time the product being inspected changes, it is necessary to adjust the height setting of the height adjustment fixture equipped with the laser sensor. The height setting of this fixture is determined by loosening two bolts and raising or lowering the plate to which the laser sensor is fixed, and finally tightening the two bolts to complete the process. The two bolts must be tightened alternately and gradually. This is to prevent changes in the set height after tightening the bolts.
