The "AI Robot" is an automatic inspection system equipped with "AI Hayabusa," which features artificial intelligence and image processing for visual inspection. The multi-joint robot positions the camera head according to the target object. The optical system captures fine defects, and AI Hayabusa performs defect extraction and image analysis. In addition to detecting chipping, cracking, holes, and foreign objects, it can also identify the browning, burning, and color variations of food, as well as printing inconsistencies on packaging.
