The "AI Robot" is an appearance inspection robot equipped with the automatic inspection system "AI Hayabusa," which features artificial intelligence and image processing. The multi-joint robot positions the camera head according to the workpiece, capturing fine defects with its optical system, while AI Hayabusa extracts and analyzes the defects in the images. In addition to detecting issues such as foreign matter contamination in processed products and chipping or cracking of packaging, it can also handle grade sorting of food based on scratches and color, as well as quality assessment of cosmetic containers.
