Since the start of operations in September last year, our new factory equipped with state-of-the-art facilities can handle everything from precision machining such as holes and grooves of Φ0.01mm, and boss processing of less than Φ0.01mm, to large-scale machining of 2000mm x 4000mm. We will be exhibiting at the "Kansai Monozukuri World," a trade show where the manufacturing industry gathers, borrowing part of the booth from Japan Tsukuridasu Co., Ltd. On the day of the event, we plan to showcase our precision machined products and processed products made from 100% cellulose nanofiber sheets, which is our new product. The third factory started operations on September 28, 2022. We have introduced a 4,000×2,000 Okuma gantry-type 5-axis machining center. We have also introduced a ROKKO CEGA 5-axis machining center capable of processing holes with a diameter of 0.01 mm.

We have newly introduced the 2 Saddle CNC Lathe LU3000 EX. The spindle through-hole diameter has been expanded to φ80mm, accommodating large diameter bar work.
