Precision resin processing up to 3000×1600mm (insulating materials, thermosetting resins)

It is possible to process thermoplastic plastics, super engineering plastics, large-scale processing of thermosetting resins, simultaneous five-axis machining, and precision machining of thin plates using an air suction device.

Our company owns one of the largest gantry machining centers in the industry, the "OKUMA MCV-All." It achieves a flatness of 0.01mm per 1000mm in plate thickness. The effective door width is 1,650mm, and the size of the table working surface is 3,100×1,200×1,280mm.
