Φ0.07 boss
Boss shapes thinner than hair can also be processed.
We are now able to perform hole processing with a diameter of 0.01 mm and boss processing with a diameter of 0.05 mm. Fine area processing is now possible at ROKUROKU Industries CEG-A.

As for the machine specifications, it is capable of processing holes and grooves with a diameter of Φ0.01mm. (Our current achievement is a hole with a diameter of Φ0.04mm.) Additionally, it is also possible to create a boss with a diameter of Φ0.05mm. (Our current achievements are Φ0.07× height 20 and Φ0.10× height 40.)
