YOMURA JAPAN is the Japanese sales office of YOMURA Technologies, a Taiwanese precision molding manufacturer with 36 years of history, over 300 employees, and certifications including ISO 13485, US FDA 510(K), GMP, and AS9100D. Operating five factories in Linkou, Taiwan, the company provides precision manufacturing for medical devices and healthcare products in a Class 100,000 cleanroom-certified environment. From our Japan office, we support the entire manufacturing journey — from product development using advanced 3D printing technologies (silicone, biocompatible resin, flexible TPU, and micro SLA) to full-scale production at our certified factories utilizing micro molding, two-shot molding, LIM/LSR molding, IMD, IME, and contract assembly. We also offer consulting services on material selection and medical device certification, as well as support for expanding into overseas markets. Business Activities
1. Japanese Sales Representation for YOMURA Technologies (Taiwan HQ) We represent Taiwan HQ's manufacturing services in the Japanese market, handling exhibition participation, website operations, and technical support in Japanese. 2. Design, Prototyping & Small-Lot Production Using 3D printing (silicone, biocompatible resin, flexible TPU, micro SLA), vacuum casting, and CNC machining, we support medical device and healthcare product development from design through prototyping and small-lot production. 3. Mass Production at Certified Factories Our ISO 13485, US FDA 510(K), GMP, and AS9100D certified factories in Taiwan offer full-scale production using micro molding, two-shot molding, LIM/LSR molding, IMD, IME, and contract assembly. 4. Material & Certification Consulting We provide technical advice on whether selected materials are suitable for medical device certifications (PMDA, FDA, CE, etc.) and support optimal material selection. 5. Overseas Market Expansion Support For Japanese companies looking to enter Taiwan and Asian markets, we offer market entry support leveraging our local networks.
