We would like to introduce our "LIM/LSR molding" that we handle. It is an injection molding technology using liquid silicone rubber (LSR). Two-component silicone materials are precisely measured and mixed, and then cured within a heated mold. Medical-grade silicone has excellent biocompatibility, making it suitable for body-contact components and long-term use products.
