VOELPKER is a Montan wax manufacturer with over 120 years of history in Germany, known for its long-standing achievements in Europe. 'CEVO' is a blend wax developed by VOELPKER, which has deep knowledge of Montanic acid wax, combining Montanic acid wax with various other waxes. This allows for applications that were not possible with conventional Montanic acid wax alone. 'CEVO' contributes to improvements in dispersibility, moldability, lubricity, and release properties. We offer part numbers tailored to different applications. PTFE replacement! We have updated the product information for micro-powder wax (for paints, inks, and coatings).
We propose wear resistance, scratch resistance, slip properties, anti-blocking, gloss adjustment, and texture modification using PTFE-free fine powder wax. Although PTFE powder is used as an additive, there are trends in regulations regarding PFAS and similar substances, making its continued use uncertain in the future. This product is one that can be switched from PTFE.

What is Glyloid? Glyloid is a giant evergreen tree known as "tamarind," which inhabits subtropical to tropical regions. Our company focused on the polysaccharide components abundantly contained in tamarind seeds and successfully industrialized tamarind seed gum for the first time in the world in 1964, launching the sale of "Glyloid." Thanks to this, we are celebrating the 60th anniversary of its release this year. The tamarind seeds used as raw materials are by-products generated when the fruit is processed for food. Glyloid is an upcycled product created by refining these crushed seeds. On this occasion, we have launched an information website for Glyloid, "glyloid.com" (https://www.glyloid.com/). EASY-WET is a new product from Ashland, a U.S. company, and is a hydrocarbon-based wetting agent (surfactant) that can be used for various industrial coating applications such as wood, metal, automotive, industrial finishes, printing inks, and plastic coatings. <Main Features> - Excellent wettability (leveling ability) Compared to conventional hydrocarbon-based wetting agents or silicone-based wetting agents, it quickly reduces the contact angle and provides equal or superior performance. It achieves a smooth coating film when applied to substrates and can uniformly form a coating film even on the edges of the substrate. - Low foaming and formation of coatings with fewer craters In continuous stirring tests, it has been confirmed to foam less than conventional hydrocarbon-based, silicone-based, and fluorine-based wetting agents, allowing for the formation of coatings with fewer craters. - Biodegradable and low VOC The basic structure is composed of hydrocarbons, resulting in low environmental impact and biodegradability. Additionally, its low VOC contributes to the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions.
