This is a water-based polyimide varnish with improved handling properties (aqueous, low viscosity), enabling high heat resistance and chemical resistance polyimide coatings on various substrates.
Our water-based polyimide varnish utilizes polyamic acid generated by regenerating unnecessary polyimide film during polyimide film processing through a unique chemical treatment, making it an "NMP completely free water-based polyimide varnish." After application to the substrate, this product forms a polyimide resin coating with an imidization rate of over 90% upon drying and curing. Coating on substrates that were previously unprocessable due to the influence of "NMP" solvents can now be considered.
