Retrofit positioning to prevent collisions of transported items with the crane.
When transporting heavy objects, a ceiling crane can be equipped with an additional laser distance sensor to measure position information, enabling collision avoidance control through coordinate management.
When transporting heavy objects using a crane while a person holds the switch, there is a high possibility of collisions between the transported items, or between the items and the equipment or people in the factory, which can lead to losses. Therefore, by retrofitting existing cranes with laser distance sensors, the position of the transported items can be managed in coordinates, significantly reducing collisions and contacts. It operates from -40°C, making it suitable for use in cold storage warehouses. Measurement accuracy is 1mm, repeatability is 0.3mm, and measurement speed is 250Hz (maximum), ensuring sufficient positioning accuracy with crane motor control. Our company provides comprehensive technical support, including usage instructions, installation, control software development, and post-installation support.
