Automation of existing tunnel interior displacement measurement.
The existing tunnel internal displacement measurement has been transitioned from manual methods to permanent automatic measurement using laser distance sensors. Displacement can be monitored anytime and anywhere.
By using a laser distance sensor, we can establish an automatic measurement system for existing tunnel internal displacement measurements that are currently being done manually on-site. This system can capture high-precision (±1mm@2σ) minute displacements, is compact and lightweight (350g) for easy installation, and allows for easy data upload to the cloud. We offer two types of measurement temperature ranges: -10℃ and -40℃, making it suitable for measurements in Hokkaido. The waterproof rating is IP65, and depending on the environment, an external cover can be applied for use. Our company provides comprehensive support for usage, installation, control software development, and technical assistance. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us. 【Features】 ■ High-speed measurement with a maximum of 250Hz ■ 100m measurement (500m when using a dedicated reflector) ■ Compact and lightweight at 350g (140x78x48mm) ■ Measurement temperature range -40℃ to +60℃ ■ Compatible with various interfaces (PROFINET/EtherNet/EtherCAT) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
