High precision (≦±2mm) 2D laser scanner for horizontal/vertical measurement.
A high-precision 2D laser scanner capable of measuring in horizontal and vertical directions enables measurements of displacement, strain, subsidence, and erosion that have never been achieved before.
By applying angle control to a high-precision laser distance sensor, it has become possible to measure and display X/Y coordinates. Achieving a level of precision that was insufficient for three-dimensional measurements is now possible. With a resolution of 200,000 points/rev, it can automatically measure displacements that could not be measured before. This enables increased efficiency, reduced manpower, shorter time, and automation in work processes. Please utilize this to accurately measure what was previously done manually by humans, in a short amount of time, to improve work efficiency. We have a demo unit available. Please try it out and experience the difference from your current situation. 【Applications】 - Tunnel cross-section measurement - Manual replacement in shield tunnels - Building limit measurement - Height/displacement measurement of trolley lines - Displacement measurement of fire-resistant bricks - Ground subsidence displacement measurement - Structural deformation displacement measurement - Inner diameter measurement of large cylindrical structures and more. 【Features】 ■ High precision (≦±2mm) ■ High measurement resolution (200,000/rev) ■ High measurement speed (250Hz) ■ Compact size (270X200X125mm) *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
