Additionally, during the installation of pipes after cleaning, gaskets would sometimes fall to the floor, necessitating re-cleaning, which resulted in significant time loss during setup and pipe cleaning. ■ Features of "Quitto" - Easy one-handed operation: Its unique design allows anyone to operate it easily with one hand. - Reduced work time: Simply pressing the gasket while installing it completes the task in just a few seconds. - Reduced risk of dropping: The gasket is securely fixed, minimizing the risk of dropping during installation. ■ Addition of EPDM gaskets Starting in February 2026, EPDM gaskets have been added to the lineup. We have launched a new product called "Quitto," which allows you to perform the connection work of hygienic clamps overwhelmingly faster, easier, and with one hand. *This new product was co-developed with PACRAFT, a packaging machine manufacturer that is part of the same Nabtesco group as us. *Patent, design, and trademark applications have been submitted. 【Problems that can be solved】 Traditionally, the attachment and detachment of hygienic clamps took several tens of seconds to a few minutes. Additionally, when attaching them to the piping after cleaning, there were instances where the gasket would fall to the floor, necessitating a re-cleaning, leading to time loss during setup changes and piping cleaning. 【Solution】 By using a unique structure that presses a large gasket while attaching it, the attachment and detachment work can be completed in just a few seconds with one hand. Since the gasket is securely fixed to the piping, there is almost no risk of dropping the gasket on the floor during attachment.
