List of Ceramics and High-Performance Materials Handling(18)
At Narasaki Industrial Functional Materials Division, we achieve short delivery times by machining ceramics from pre-fired materials, which would normally take over a month to process. We can handle a wide range of ceramics, including machinable ceramics such as Hotovel and Macor, as well as fine ceramics like alumina and zirconia, and non-oxide hard-to-cut materials such as silicon carbide, silicon nitride, and aluminum nitride. We deliver ceramics, often regarded as difficult materials, as accessible options. Additionally, we are actively working on cost reduction proposals for Chinese-made ceramics and other overseas products. We provide estimates starting from a single drawing and one piece. Various ceramics short-term contract processing(2)
We have various materials, both machinable ceramics and fine ceramics, already sintered and in stock as ingots. Based on the processing drawings received from customers, we manufacture them entirely through machining. While the usual sintering process for ceramics typically takes 1 to 2 months, we offer a standard delivery time of 2 weeks. ● Features - We are equipped with a wide range of machining capabilities, including machining, surface grinding, lathes, and 5-axis machining centers, achieving short delivery times with zero outsourcing. - Utilizing 5-axis machining centers, we can produce shapes that are extremely difficult to achieve in ceramic processing.

We provide high-performance materials made in China through our Chinese subsidiary in the domestic market. 1. Starting with oxide-based materials such as alumina and zirconia, we have recently begun handling non-oxide materials as well. 2. We handle high-quality carbon processed products made in China. We are a designated factory for overseas carbon manufacturers, and our processing precision is very high, with a wealth of domestic achievements.
