We have achieved a strength that exceeds that of sapphire, which is single crystal alumina, by more than 20%. The purity of alumina is 99.99%, which is ultra-high purity. Unlike sapphire, which can only be manufactured through complete machining from the raw material, our ceramics manufacturing method allows for cost reduction, especially for mass-produced parts. Additionally, we can manufacture using press molding and injection molding, enabling cost reduction through mass production of small parts while maintaining high strength. It is not the original white color of alumina, but a translucent milky white, and if it is less than 2T in thickness, it also has light transmission properties. Since it is almost a single crystal, its chemical resistance is on par with that of sapphire, and it is produced using a manufacturing method similar to traditional alumina ceramics through green processing.
