Achieving fine and complex ceramic shapes! Introducing a light-based 3D printer.
This is a light-based 3D printer that makes it possible to create three-dimensional structures that were generally difficult to achieve. It also enables the use of custom materials from customers for printing.
We are currently accepting test modeling applications. Ceramic light shaping using UV-curable resin achieves shapes that are impossible to create with traditional methods, including complex three-dimensional structures. Additionally, we can conduct curing tests using your unique materials. We provide complete support from material development. 【Features】 - No molds required - Complex shapes that are generally difficult to achieve - Hollow structures - No corner radii that cannot be realized with machining - Fine shapes through layer pitch control at the micron level - Curing tests with customer-specific materials. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
basic information
Target materials: Oxide-based materials such as alumina and zirconia. *Aluminum nitride is also now possible. We also accommodate unique recipes from customers, so please inquire. Work size: Smaller than the palm of your hand (negotiable) Provision methods: 1. Sale of light-based ceramic 3D printer manufacturing equipment 2. Contract processing When considering the introduction of equipment, we will first respond with contract processing, so if you provide 3D data, we can convert it to sliced data for consideration. Please note that ceramic shaping requires firing, so we will provide the finished product after firing.
