【Product Details】 To propose a drying oven suitable for the site, we first conducted an analysis to understand the causes of defects. As a result, it was found that the direct heating method allowed combustion gases to enter the oven, causing oxidation of the paint film, leading to yellowing and gas checking, which resulted in defects. Therefore, we proposed the introduction of an indirect heating drying oven. By installing a circulation fan in the oven, the internal temperature can be made uniform, preventing defects such as uneven baking and yellowing, which is expected to ensure stable painting quality and improve production efficiency.
