We would like to introduce the new structural design of our "Infrared Heater Type Melting Holding Furnace." By placing dedicated heaters around the outer circumference of the crucible and heating directly with infrared, melting can start from cold materials without being affected by the presence of molten metal. Since the heater does not come into direct contact with the molten metal, there are no issues with aluminum or oxides adhering, allowing for stable heating.
