  We have established internal standards for incoming inspection that are narrower than the component ranges specified by JIS standards, and we use raw materials that pass these standards. Furthermore, through our uniquely developed casting method, we have achieved the continuous supply of high-quality bronze ingots (metal). We can also cast according to the components specified by our customers. While we mainly focus on made-to-order production, we do have some stock available depending on the material, so we would appreciate your inquiries.

  Bronze continuous casting products(11)

  From thin meat products (e.g., φ85xφ77), large items can be produced up to φ300xφ180, while thin items start from φ10 and thick items go up to φ300. For plates, we can manufacture thicknesses from 12mm to 70mm and widths from 210mm to 400mm. We always have a rich inventory, and we are prepared for immediate delivery, also accommodating small lot orders. Custom production is possible for various sizes and types of copper alloys.

  We handle everything from mold making to finished products. We can deliver finished products according to the drawings from mold making, including sand casting, centrifugal casting, forging (brass and stainless steel), and lost-wax casting. We work with various materials and can supply finished products made of copper alloys (gunmetal, brass), stainless steel, aluminum, and iron (cast iron).
