By incorporating various chemical analysis techniques, it has become possible to achieve stable production of high-quality metal ingots. A strict process management system has been recognized, making it the first factory in Japan to receive JIS marking approval for copper alloy ingots for casting. Along with copper alloy ingots, over the past 70 years, a material, formulation, melting, casting, inspection, and other process management systems have been established based on the recycling and refining technologies developed during that time, making it the first factory in Japan to receive JIS marking approval for copper alloy castings.
