Furthermore, through our unique refining technology, we produce low-odor and low-metal glycol ethers. Glycol ethers are primarily used as solvents in paints, inks, detergents, and electronic materials. Among glycol ethers, dialkyl glycol ethers not only dissolve resins but also disperse metals, making them suitable for use as solvents in electronic materials and in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals. Additionally, aromatic, aliphatic, and ester-based glycol ethers are mainly used as raw materials for resins such as acrylics and polyesters.

Amino alcohols are used as basic raw materials for environmental materials that improve air and water quality. Alkyl morpholines are utilized in the synthesis of urethanes and pharmaceuticals.

  We are launching the halogen-free ionic liquid "Amino Ion(R)" by integrating our accumulated technologies. Amino Ion(R) can be used as an antistatic agent, anti-fogging agent, wetting agent, contamination prevention agent, and cellulose solvent. We are also aiming to develop new applications such as emulsifying polymer surfactants and solvent-hydrated ionic liquids.

We offer a rich selection of high-quality glycol ethers with each metal managed at the ppb level, with a wide range of structures and boiling points available. Additionally, by consistently handling raw material procurement, synthesis, and distillation, we meet the stringent quality control requirements of our customers in the electronic materials industry through a robust traceability system. We aim to achieve ppt level management through further enhancement of our management system. ■Amines We also conduct low metal management for the amines we manufacture. They are used as additives in semiconductor manufacturing process chemicals. For amines that we do not produce, we can provide low metal management products that meet customer requests through purification, so please feel free to consult with us. 【Quality Control】 We have introduced the 'Agilent 8900 Triple Quadrupole ICP-MS' from Agilent Technologies, capable of analyzing trace element concentrations, into the clean room of our R&D center.
