Our company plans to exhibit and demonstrate the pressure regulators for semiconductor material gases, the 'S-TORRV series', as well as the automatic pipe welding machines and peripheral equipment from the German company Orbitalum at "Semicon Japan 2025." The automatic pipe welding machine from Orbitalum can create work mock-ups using our in-house 3D printer for complex-shaped workpieces. It allows for visual confirmation of the application of the welding head. The 'S-TORRV series' is a high-quality pressure regulator developed for semiconductor material gases, characterized by the absence of a threaded structure in the gas connection area. It minimizes dead space as much as possible, contributing to efficient gas supply.
