The grinding device is developed in collaboration with Hosokawa Micron Corp., achieving grinding in a sterile and dust-free environment (patent pending). 【About ICS's groundbreaking technology】 ■ Spray Flow Freezing A special injection nozzle sprays the liquid medicine in a conical (hollow cone) shape. It is uniformly sprayed onto the inner surface of the tube, allowing for a more even flow of the liquid film in the tube's flow channel structure, enabling freezing with a uniform thickness. ■ Ice Lining Method Before freezing the liquid medicine material, a layer of ice (ice lining layer) is created with purified water, and the liquid medicine material is frozen on top of it.
