Non-contact surface property measurement device
We have achieved high-speed measurements of a wide range on the order of several tens of mm with sub-micron level measurement accuracy.
By performing three-dimensional measurements, it is optimal for measuring warpage of precision machined parts that cannot be detected by cross-sectional curves, shape defects of molded products, and quantitative evaluation of wear and scratches in tribology. - Measurement of samples that would get scratched or where the stylus could break with contact methods. - Measurement of transparent or mirror-like surfaces, which was impossible with conventional optical methods. - Compliant with the latest standard ISO-25178-605 for surface texture, it can be used as a standard instrument for roughness evaluation.
