The substrate and tray are taken from the loader and transported to individual furnace chambers for heating through sheet processing. The number of furnace chambers is set based on the tact time, heating time, and heating hold time, making it an energy-efficient heating device without waste. It supports traceability, allowing for management of heating time and temperature on a work unit basis.
