The "CD Dryer" is a conduction heating type liquid dryer that indirectly heats liquids through heat conduction from a heat source to perform drying. By using both sides of a thin disk as heat transfer surfaces, it can secure a large heat transfer area within a compact space. The dried material on the heat transfer surface is constantly scraped off by a scraper, allowing for stable high processing capacity. 【Other Features】 - The liquid sprayed on the surface of the disk forms a thin film that dries and concentrates, resulting in excellent conductivity and high processing capacity per unit heat transfer area. - The compact design minimizes heat loss, achieving a high energy efficiency of 80-85%. - Capable of drying from liquids to powders, significantly reducing the need for upstream and downstream processes such as concentration and grinding. - Compared to conventional drum dryers, it occupies less space while having approximately double the performance. - The liquid sprayed on both sides of the heated multi-stage disk concentrates and dries during one rotation, and is scraped off by a scraper. - The small model can process about 20 kg/hour with a single disk. - By increasing the size and number of disks, it can process up to approximately 1600 kg/hour. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
