[Technical Column] What is a "Heat Exchanger" that can efficiently cool fluids in a compact space?

Our company manufactures and sells tanks for craft beer. We offer three types of tanks for boiling, mashing, and fermentation according to the manufacturing process. To make it easier for those who are considering starting a craft beer business to introduce equipment, we also propose and sell other related devices as a package. One of these is the "heat exchanger." A heat exchanger is a device that transfers (exchanges) thermal energy from a fluid at a higher temperature to a fluid at a lower temperature, similar to an air conditioner or radiator. Recently, we visited "Nihon Seisakusho Co., Ltd.," which holds the top share of plate heat exchangers in Japan and whose products we also handle.
