Our company, which manufactures mixing devices, often receives inquiries from customers such as, "If there were no lumps, the quality would be stable," and "If there were no lumps, labor costs and the burden on workers would be reduced." We propose methods to reduce the occurrence of lumps and to dissolve any lumps that do form quickly, through reviewing work methods and improving or introducing production equipment. We will introduce some of these methods in a column.
